Production Time
Every Frameable order is custom-made just for you. After you place your order, our production team carefully prints, inspects, and frames your artwork. This process typically takes 3-5 business days before your order ships.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order has been produced and quality-checked, it will be carefully packaged and shipped. Estimated delivery times after shipping:

Total estimated delivery: Production time (3-5 days) + Shipping time = 6-12 business days for most US orders.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including UPS and FedEx to ensure your framed artwork arrives safely. The specific carrier will be determined based on your location and package size. All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Packaging & Protection
Your artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Framed pieces are wrapped in protective materials and placed in custom-sized boxes with corner protectors. We take pride in our packaging to minimize any risk of damage during transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by contacting us at support@frameable.art with your order number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates while ensuring your artwork is delivered safely.
Important Notes
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Address changes may not be possible once production has begun.
- We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation.
