At Frameable, we take pride in the quality of our products. Every print is inspected before shipping, and we use professional-grade materials to ensure your artwork looks stunning. If something isn't right, we want to know about it.

What's Covered

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund for:

  • Damaged Items: Products that arrive damaged during shipping (frame cracked, glass broken, print torn, etc.)
  • Defective Products: Manufacturing defects such as misprints, color issues, or framing errors
  • Wrong Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered
  • Lost Packages: Orders that are confirmed lost in transit

Please Note

Because every order is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for:

  • • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • • Incorrect size selection (please double-check before ordering)
  • • Color variations due to monitor calibration differences
  • • Low-resolution source images resulting in pixelation (we warn you during upload)

How to Request a Return or Replacement

If you need to request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

Refund Processing

Once your return or refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Replacement Orders

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will prioritize your order and ship it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you. Replacement orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of approval.
