What file types do you accept?

We accept JPG, PNG, HEIC, and WEBP files. Our system works with any digital image, from camera photos to AI art and digital downloads.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are custom made in the USA. Production typically takes 3-5 business days before shipment, and US transit typically takes another 3-7 business days via FedEx or UPS.

What if my image is low quality?

Every image runs through a quality check before it prints. If the file needs more resolution, Frameable can create an enhanced proof before checkout. If an image is too small or blurry for the selected size, we'll tell you before you order.

Do you offer returns?

Contact us within 30 days for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders. Custom orders cannot be returned for a change of mind or incorrect size selection. See our returns policy for details.
